Conduct market research and analyze competitor offerings to identify opportunities
Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning
Support the testing and validation of new product features before deployment
Track and analyze product performance metrics to measure success
Assist in preparing presentations and reports on product performance and updates
Communicate with customer support teams to gather feedback and identify product improvements
Work with business teams to ensure smooth product rollouts
Model Allegiant’s customer service standards in personal actions and when providing direction

## Description Summary The Product Manager I is responsible for supporting product roadmaps, gathering business requirements, and assisting in the execution of Agile development processes. This role collaborates with cross-functional teams to define product enhancements, track performance metrics, and ensure successful feature delivery. Working in an Agile environment, the Product Manager I plays a key role in translating business needs into actionable user stories and contributes to iterative product improvements. Visa Sponsorship Available No Minimum Requirements Combination of Education and Experience will be considered. Must be authorized to work in the US as defined by the Immigration Act of 1986. Must pass a Criminal Background Check. Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
