We are funded by the best investors in the world including: a16z, Sequoia, PayPal, Binance Ventures, Coinbase Ventures, Uniswap Labs, Circle Ventures, Delphi ABOUT THE ROLE We're looking for a technical Product Manager with a computer science background, hands-on software engineering experience, and a track record of building and shipping developer-focused software products. You will own one of LayerZero's most important API products defining how developers and integrators interact with cross-chain value transfer at the protocol level. You will act as the connective tissue across engineering, design, and external partners; owning the problem space, driving clarity, and pushing execution from 0→1 and beyond. WHAT YOU’LL DO Own end-to-end product development for core LayerZero infrastructure and API surfaces - vision, roadmap, requirements, and execution. Partner closely with engineers; understand technical constraints, read code-level designs, and actively participate in architectural discussions. Drive alignment across teams by overcommunicating vision, use cases, and decisions - tailoring communication to technical and non-technical audiences. Maintain relentless clarity on user needs by continually engaging with developers, partners, and integrators; synthesize qualitative and quantitative insights. Break down ambiguous problems, validate assumptions, and prevent premature solutioning; ensure the team is solving the right problems.
