Full Job Description

We are looking for a customer-obsessed Product Manager to help grow NA Installments by driving awareness, improving customer experience, and building the data foundation to scale. You will work across product, marketing, operations, and partner teams to ensure customers discover our products, love using them, and keep coming back. Who You Are: Comfortable operating in ambiguity and driving alignment across multiple stakeholders Equally comfortable in a spreadsheet and in a leadership forum Excited about AI tools and how they can transform team productivity Customer-obsessed and detail-oriented, with a bias for action Key job responsibilities Awareness Champion: In NA we have compelling installment offers, but not enough customers know about them. You will partner with UFO and Marketing to identify and execute on new customer-facing channels to drive awareness and acquisition. CX Ambassador: A great offer means nothing if the experience is broken. You will partner with WI, global installment partners, and operations teams to systematically identify and close CX friction points—ensuring customers who discover our products continue to use them. Data Expert: You will build and maintain the centralized Weekly Business Review (WBR) in partnership with finance and data teams, and align with the WISE team on metrics presented in WI leadership forums—keeping the team grounded in data and progress. AI Advocate: You will stay current on Amazon's AI tools and bring learnings back to the team to automate manual work, free up capacity, and help the broader team work smarter. Basic Qualifications: - 3+ years of product management experience - Experience managing technical products or online services - Experience in product, program, or project management in leading cross-functional teams in delivery of major new products or services - Experience performing financial or other quantitative analyses Preferred Qualifications: - Knowledge of SQL and VBA at an advanced level - Experienc
