As Product Manager (all genders) – IoT Platform, you will own a critical part of our foundation: the cloud- and web-based platform capabilities behind our connected hardware fleet. Your work will sit at the intersection of internal tooling, event-driven platform logic, and operational scalability. You will work closely with a wide range of stakeholders, especially System Performance, Customer Success, Technical Implementation, Installations and other Product & Engineering teams. WHAT TO EXPECT - Ownership: Own a strategic part of our IoT platform end to end - from discovery and prioritization to delivery and continuous improvement - Strategy: Define and drive the product strategy for operational tooling across configuration, rollout, monitoring, and fleet operations - User focus: Understand pain points of internal users across Operations teams and translate them into scalable product improvements - Platform capabilities: Own event-driven services such as parking space occupancy and other device-derived platform capabilities - Scalability: Ensure platform logic is reliable, observable, and scalable for increasingly complex and business-critical use cases - Collaboration: Partner closely with Engineering and align across Operations, Product, and leadership to balance technical constraints, user needs, and business priorities INSPIRE US BY - Product experience: 3–5 years owning complex software or platform products end-to-end (problem definition to delivery and iteration). - Technical understanding: Comfortable with backend, cloud, and system architecture topics; able to discuss trade-offs with engineers. - Stakeholder & data skills: Strong in aligning cross-functional
