Full Job Description
**We're building something unusual.** Satori is a Data & AI agency — and we've been very good at it. We help ambitious companies build data platforms, deploy AI use cases, and transform how they use information to make decisions. Over the years, we've worked with top clients across industries, solved hard problems, and built a team that knows what good looks like. But we've also noticed something: after hundreds of engagements, we keep encountering the same unsolved problems. Problems worth productising. So we've started building products. Not to become a software company — we're still a services business at heart — but because some of the things we've built deserve a longer life than a single client engagement. We now have several technologies we call products, and an innovation engine that can produce more. To make these products real, we need someone to run them. This is a _**hands-on**_ Product Manager role. You will execute the product strategy set by the leadership team, with real ownership and real accountability. **What Your Day Might Look Like:** * **Running delivery** : You'll coordinate the tech team, own the backlog, run the sprint rhythm, and make sure the roadmap moves. You'll apply Lean Startup methodology (or equivalent) to validate fast and build with confidence. * **Building GTM** : You'll take positioning and pricing from a whiteboard to a working go-to-market engine. Sales enablement, launch plans, channel strategy, early adopter programmes — you'll build these and run them. You'll work with our services teams, who are both an internal customer base and a warm pipeline. * **Gathering market intelligence** : Customer interviews, win/loss analysis, competitive research — you'll feed insight back into roadmap and positioning. You'll be the one who knows what the market thinks of us, and why deals are won or lost. * **Owning the customer journey** : Your accountability doesn't end at the sale. You'll define what success looks like for product custome
