Product Manager - Agent Twin As the Product Manager for Agent Twin at Scaled Cognition, you will shape a core part of the company’s future. Agent Twin lets business owners define and ship production-ready, deterministic agents, straight from transcripts to deployment. This role demands an exceptional blend of technical depth, customer obsession, and visionary leadership. What you'll do: - Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for Agent Twin - Be obsessively focused on customer discovery, interviewing users, and translating complex customer experience (CX) challenges into clear product requirements. - Design ideal customer journeys and novel interaction patterns for agent development, driven by a deep understanding of user experience. - Leverage your technical skills (Python/AI coding tools) to build quick prototypes and proof-of-concepts, communicating complex ideas clearly to engineering. - Partner with engineering and research to ensure the transition from transcript data to production-grade agents is seamless, reliable, and scalable.
