This role is accountable for defining and delivering the product strategy for User Success platforms and data products—including AI-powered insights systems, feedback infrastructure, and decision-support tools—that enable teams to operate with greater clarity, speed, and confidence. This role exists to address a fundamental challenge: fragmented user intelligence and slow insight-to-action cycles limit our ability to make informed decisions and scale user-centric innovation. By building integrated, AI-enabled product capabilities, this role helps establish a unified system for capturing, synthesizing, and activating user insights across the organization—directly accelerating progress toward a mature product insights function.
