What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Minimum 5 years of experience in Ad Sales, traffic, promo scheduling or equivalent role, System experience in Ad Sales pitch to pay stack and marketing execution platforms

Nice to Have

Self‑starter with a sense of ownership, Curious and innovative mind set, Proven track record of team project execution, Systems implementations, Project Management skill sets, Prioritization skill sets, Effective balancer of being both collaborative and decisive, Knowledge of the pitch to pay lifecycle, Technical background, Experience within a media company a huge plus, Interpersonal skills

What You'll Do.

Oversee product lifecycle for ad sales technology

Drive best practices across ad sales and marketing

Strategize linear and digital execution convergence

Partner with Product and Engineering

Programming & Operations

Maintain relationship with user base

Ensure customer satisfaction

Understand operational workflow for linear logs

Reconcile broadcast logs

Be subject matter expert on content supply chain

Drive thought leadership on existing products

Align to destination architecture

Rationalize legacy capabilities

Develop multi-year product roadmaps

Measure and monitor KPIs

Translate business requirements into technical strategies

Translate business requirements into technical specifications

Translate business requirements into designs

prioritize using ticketing system

Communicate status to business

Identify and manage defects

Resolve defects with vendors and engineering

Implement defect solutions

Understand business impact of issues

Escalate critical issues

Identify new opportunities and services
