## _**Job Description:**_ **Job Title:****Product Management, APAC expansion and managing external partners, AVP** **Corporate Title: AVP** **Location: Mumbai, India** **Role Description** Product Owner with experience in Banking domain, payment processing, reconciliation process, exposure to basic programing languages like Java, reporting Tools/ SaaS Applications. * Develop product roadmap, create key requirements in JIRA, arrange grooming sessions for user stories related to merchant payment methods, payment reconciliation, collecting, funding payment instructions/technical bookings, billing clients/invoice generation data * Work closely with the end user / internal clients to plan and prioritize in line with expectation and needs. Assess value, develop benefit cases, and prioritize stories, epics and themes to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value * Well versed with Agile software development practices, work closely with Agile squad members to develop technical solutions in line with priorities * Lead the planning product release plans and set expectation for delivery of new functionalities * Support squad, instilling confidence to the overall squad and being front-runner and example for the whole team * Provide an active role in mitigating impediments impacting successful team completion of Release/Sprint Goals * Also partner with vendor/ key stakeholders/ Domain Architect/ IT Application owner to: * Oversee vendor and contribute to all configuration, integrations, conversion, testing and hyper care on the IT Platform. * Ensure vendor deliverables meet a level of adherence and quality defined by DB * Smooth knowledge transfer, training and responsibilities handover from vendor to manage the IT application in-house going forward in production. **What we’ll offer you** As part of our flexible scheme, here are just some of the benefits that you’ll enjoy, * Best in class leave policy. * Gender neutral parental leaves * 100% reimbursement under childcare as
