Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Engineering, or related field, 2–4 years of experience in product analyst or business analyst role, Experience supporting product delivery through requirements documentation, analysis, and testing activities, Familiarity with Agile or iterative delivery environments and cross functional collaboration, Working knowledge of data privacy and governance expectations when handling sensitive healthcare or operational data
Nice to Have
Experience in healthcare, insurance, pharmacy benefits, or another highly regulated industry, Exposure to third party or vendor integrations into a platform, Exposure to healthcare data concepts such as claims, eligibility, clinical, or operational datasets, Familiarity with basic experimentation concepts (e.g., A/B testing support or metric validation), Experience using analytics or BI tools to support reporting and product insights
What You'll Do.
Serve as steward of product or user journey
Optimize for scalability and reusability
and user requirements
Document functional requirements
and acceptance criteria
Support product discovery by gathering data
Synthesize findings and prepare summaries
Assist with backlog refinement by validating scope clarity
Build and maintain basic dashboards and reports
Track delivery progress and product performance metrics
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Coordinate UAT execution
Document UAT outcomes
Validate data outputs and reports for accuracy
Use data and insights to inform product enhancements
Coordinate with design and research teams
Perform product discovery
Coordinate with engineering
Track issues to resolution
Prepare status updates
Prepare meeting materials
Prepare documentation for stakeholder reviews
Identify data quality concerns
Identify requirement gaps
Escalate appropriately to senior team members
