Full Job Description
## Accountabilities Own and support the definition of product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with broader organizational objectives, ensuring clarity of priorities and execution direction. Gather, refine, and translate business, regulatory, and technical requirements into structured documentation such as BRDs and product specifications. Analyze market trends, competitive dynamics, and customer needs to inform product decisions and identify opportunities for innovation. Collaborate closely with engineering, technical, and client-facing teams to ensure accurate implementation of product changes and enhancements. Participate in product reviews, performance tracking, and continuous improvement cycles to optimize outcomes and user experience. Support the prioritization of features and initiatives using data-driven insights and MVP principles. Requirements: 5+ years of experience in product management, product analysis, or a closely related role in a complex, technical, or market-driven environment. Strong understanding of U.S. market structure, financial systems, and clearing concepts, with the ability to apply this knowledge in product decision-making. Experience working with Agile methodologies and modern product development tools. Solid analytical and quantitative skills, with a strong ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to document requirements clearly and present to technical and non-technical stakeholders. Strong problem-solving ability with a track record of proposing practical and creative solutions to complex challenges. Solid technical literacy, with familiarity in software development and web-based technologies. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, highly operational environment with strong attention to detail and adaptability.
