What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, At least five years of engineering experience, Three or more years of demonstrated leadership experience, background in engineering change processes, Experience in high speed automation, OEM equipment experience, using latest industrial controls platforms
Nice to Have
Proven track record of success in improving team performance, Knowledge of SolidWorks CAD and PDM
