Must Have
6+ years in Product Management, Engineering Leadership, or as a Technical Founder, ideally in a role where you owned the product vision, A degree in Computer Science or equivalent "self-taught" professional mastery, You must understand system design and modern tech stack, Proven success in a high-growth environment driving products from 0 to 1 or scaling from 1 to 100, Experience managing or mentoring teams, with the ability to influence stakeholders across different departments
Nice to Have
Prior experience collaborating with Data Science, Data Engineering and Data Analytics teams to leverage complex data models and robust pipelines for product-led growth, Professional fluency in English, You can articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders with ease and gravitas, A realistic approach to you value AI as an optimizer but prioritize impact over hype
