Must Have
5-8 years in Investor Allocation, 2+ years in product management, Subject matter expertise in Investor Allocation for Hedge Funds and Institutional Asset Managers, understanding of complex fund structures (master-feeder, side pockets, hybrid vehicles), Knowledge of fee models (management, performance, hurdle rates, high-water mark, tiered fees), critical thinking and communication skills, Outstanding academic background and the passion to work in a high-tech software development environment
