Must Have

commercial mindset, deep industry experience in radiology, imaging, PACS, workflow, interoperability, DICOM, routing, or adjacent enterprise imaging infrastructure, understanding of how hospital and radiology buying decisions actually get made, led major product or platform initiatives, operate with autonomy, influence executives, make decisions in ambiguity, track record of turning ambiguous strategic ideas into shipped products and real customer adoption

Nice to Have

launched a platform or interoperability product into a regulated, enterprise environment, understand what “good” looks like at scale, familiar with the ecosystem of imaging vendors, workflow vendors, AI partners, and health system stakeholders, can navigate it with credibility, shaped pricing, packaging, and partner models for a platform product, worked with AI/ML products in mission-critical environments, understand how to balance innovation with safety and reliability, energized by a remote-first, highly cross-functional environment, enjoy spending time directly with health system partners and ecosystem players
