What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Business, Economics), 10+ years of experience in Product Management, track record of leading B2B or platform-based SaaS products from concept to scale, Experience in global financial services organizations, Familiarity with relevant technologies, platforms and data analysis methodologies, Experience delivering complex enterprise features across various internal and external personas, Demonstrated ability to manage global teams and partner across business and technical functions, background in customer-centric, experience-led application delivery, Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey complex product concepts to stakeholders and leadership teams, Experience working in Agile environments with product discovery, backlog ownership, and roadmap development responsibilities
Nice to Have
MBA or advanced degree, Familiarity with AI/LLM-based product design, B2B platform design, intelligent automation, grasp of customer-centric product design, commercial framing, Expertise in building products from conceptualization through to release, Certifications in Agile, Scrum, or Product Leadership (CSPO, CSP-PO, SAFe, etc.), Comfortable driving transformation within complex organizations, Familiarity with platforms, technologies, and data science concepts relevant to automation, analytics, and intelligent workflows, Ability to translate ambiguous problems into structured product opportunities, Experience influencing across functional boundaries and working with global delivery teams
