To date, we’ve helped approve more than 100,000 families to foster or adopt, and we support over 49% of the nation’s child welfare system. We have expanded our product offerings in child welfare, moving more to the root of the problem, helping families stay together and avoid separation, and are now expanding horizontally across other areas in social services. SCOPE Social work is one of the most document-intensive and high-stakes professions in the country. Social workers often spend more time on paperwork and data entry than they do with the families they serve. At Binti, we believe technology should be a multiplier for human empathy, not a barrier to it. The AI & Platform team owns the foundational engine that powers every module at Binti—from Licensing and Placements to Family Finding and Service Referral Management. This team is responsible for Binti AI, our suite of responsible, human-led AI tools like transcription, translation, and case-specific chat that dramatically reduce administrative burden. This role will also own the Core Platform, including the shared infrastructure, data models, shared components, and horizontal functionality that allow Binti to scale
