Full Job Description

## Accountabilities Evaluate AI-generated product launch and experiment readiness artifacts, including documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks, against structured quality rubrics. Assess accuracy, completeness, and practical feasibility of product launch plans and experiment designs. Identify factual errors, logical inconsistencies, presentation issues, and gaps in execution readiness. Provide clear, structured, and actionable written feedback to improve output quality. Apply domain expertise in product launches, experimentation frameworks, and go-to-market readiness to evaluate outputs. Ensure consistency in evaluation standards across multiple AI-generated deliverables. Contribute insights that help improve AI system performance in product and experimentation contexts. Requirements: 5+ years of professional experience in product management, product launches, experimentation, growth, or related domains. Strong understanding of product launch cycles, experiment design (A/B testing, validation frameworks), and go-to-market execution. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to evaluate structured business documents and identify execution gaps. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, especially Google Slides and PowerPoint. Strong written communication skills with the ability to provide structured, high-quality feedback in English. Ability to apply critical thinking and domain expertise to evaluate real-world product readiness scenarios. Advanced degree (Master’s or higher) is a plus but not required. Experience working in fast-paced product or tech environments is highly desirable.
