We help operations leaders and engineers avoid endless cycles of chasing data in disparate and heavy-handed systems and rapidly understand how to run their manufacturing processes better. ## Key Responsibilities Work closely with our product team to understand product features. Assist in creating product content for knowledge sharing. Collaborate with subject matter experts to create training materials and other product documentation. Review and edit existing documentation for accuracy, clarity, and adherence to style guides. Support activities related to product readiness throughout the product development life cycle. Participate in the deployment of new versions and features within the platform, which includes training planning, weekly reviews, impact analysis, and managing deadlines. Assist in preparing reports and presentations on product features.
