What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic Engineering, or a related discipline. Alternatively, a completed technical qualification (e. g. , Ausbildung, Techniker, or Meister) combined with relevant professional experience., Proven experience in a hands-on Engineering role with Electrical and Mechanical experience, analytical and troubleshooting skills across software, electronic, optical, and mechanical systems., Proficiency in computer systems and operating environments (e. g. , MS Windows).
Nice to Have
Familiarity with pneumatics, electronics, radio frequency technology, metrology, and laser technologies is desirable., Knowledge of optics, image processing and motion control
What You'll Do.
Conduct pre-installation meetings to understand and document customer-specific requirements.
Develop action plans to meet unique customer needs and validate deliverables.
Perform full system installations to meet KLA specifications
Troubleshoot complex system issues
Manage critical issues across multiple customer sites and regions.
Lead post-installation meetings to verify tool performance and ensure customer satisfaction.
Conduct application testing to confirm operational quality.
Maintain communication through regular updates and escalation meetings.
Deliver training on new product installations to global customer support teams.
