Identify visual defects caused by AI generation (e.g., distortions, missing elements, inconsistencies in vehicle or environment); Flag issues related to legal and compliance guidelines using established review frameworks; Identify inconsistencies between product, visuals, and claims early in the process; Provide feedback to product and engineering teams on recurring issues and gaps in AI output quality
This role is subject to our Return to Office (RTO) policy. If you reside within a commutable distance of one of our office locations, you will be expected to work from the office a set number of days per week.

Must Have
Exceptional attention to detail, Experience in creative production, post-production, or asset QA (ideally working with images or video in a fast-paced environment), visual judgment + structured thinking, Clear, concise communicator, Comfort working in production workflows
Nice to Have
Familiarity with automotive products, trims, or OEM brand standards, Experience reviewing assets for legal or compliance considerations, Exposure to AI-generated content and common failure patterns, Experience improving workflows, tools, or QA processes
What You'll Do.
Review AI-generated vehicle marketing assets for product accuracy
Serve as a subject matter expert on vehicle configurations
Annotate and document issues clearly
actionable feedback to the retouching/post-production team
Route assets for correction based on issue type and severity
Triage incoming outputs to ensure they meet minimum quality standards
Perform final quality checks on retouched assets
Confirm assets meet internal standards before delivery to clients
Act as a bridge between product
Support asset development by advising on correct configurations

Partner with internal teams and stakeholders during review cycles
Provide feedback to product and engineering teams on recurring issues and gaps in AI output quality
Help refine review guidelines
Contribute to building scalable processes

This role serves as a critical quality gate in our production workflow — combining sharp visual judgment with product understanding to ensure every asset is accurate, compliant, and production-ready. ***This is not a traditional QA role — it requires strong visual judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to evaluate product accuracy at a granular level. What You’ll Do 1. Asset Review & Quality Control Review AI-generated vehicle images (and future video assets) against reference materials to ensure product accuracy (trim, badging, wheels, interiors, materials, proportions) Identify visual defects caused by AI generation (e.g., distortions, missing elements, inconsistencies in vehicle or environment) Flag issues related to legal and compliance guidelines using established review frameworks Apply a high level of visual scrutiny — this role prioritizes precision over speed 2.
