What They're Looking For.
Must Have
2-5 years of experience, ideally a mix of management consulting (MBB or comparable) and a product finance, strategic finance, or BizOps role at a high-growth tech company, Exceptional financial modeling skills, analytical chops and comfort working with large datasets, SQL fluency, Sharp business judgment, written and verbal communication, Comfort operating in ambiguity and a bias toward action, A degree in a quantitative or analytical field (e. g. , finance, economics, computer science, math, engineering) or equivalent demonstrated rigor, Interest in and experience working with AI tools to accelerate analytical workflows, Can-do attitude!
Nice to Have
Direct experience supporting a product or engineering org at a high-growth startup, Exposure to AI, marketplace, or human-data business models, Track record of building a finance or strategy function from scratch

Partner closely with product and engineering leadership; Collaborating with the Business Operations team on execution and rollout; Serve as the go-to financial partner for product and engineering leaders; Work closely with Finance, Product, Engineering, and Biz Ops to align on assumptions, methodologies, and forecasts
Communication Scope
Written communication; Verbal communication; Translate a complex analysis into a one-page memo or a five-slide deck that drives a decision
