But we aren't just about vehicle ownership. We're also fast-tracking the transition to green mobility, leading the way globally in reducing the carbon footprint of the transportation sector by transitioning our fleet to electric vehicles.  About the role As the Product Expert Manager at Splend, you are charged with leading a passionate team of Product Experts dedicated to driving sales, customer growth and customer success through the promotion of Splend's vehicle subscription packages. This pivotal role is designed for a dynamic team leader who not only excels in a customer-facing sales environment but also possesses a passion for product sales, customer engagement and solution-based selling. Your leadership will be instrumental in both guiding the effectiveness of the sales function and nurturing deep product knowledge and enthusiasm among the team. Leading by example, you will support customers throughout their sales journey, provide tailored product recommendations and collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure customers are matched with the most suitable products and services to meet their needs. ## What you'll be doing Cultivate strong customer relationships underpinned by technical knowledge and enthusiasm for Splend’s vehicles and subscription packages.
