Must Have
Degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Packaging Technology, or related discipline, 7 + years of experience in R&D formulation and/or packaging roles within Life Sciences or Consumer Health, understanding of R&D formulation development processes and packaging lifecycle, Handson experience working with digital systems supporting formulation, ingredients, or packaging, Ability to translate scientific processes into system and data requirements, communication skills and ability to work across science and technology teams
Nice to Have
Experience with SAP S/4HANA IPD for formulation and packaging management, Exposure to ingredient and substance master data concepts, Experience supporting digital transformation or system implementation programs in R&D, Familiarity with regulated (GxP) environments and associated documentation, Experience working with cross functional R&D, Quality, Regulatory, and Supply teams
