The platform integrates with core HR and procurement systems, supporting end-to-end processes from job requisition to onboarding, time tracking, and offboarding. As the Product Expert for SAP Fieldglass within Digital & Technology, you will be responsible for defining, implementing, and optimizing our external workforce management solutions across Haleon, in line with the priorities of our business teams and to maximize value for money over the lifecycle of the product. In support of a SOx-relevant (Sarbanes-Oxley Act) application, this role is also pivotal in ensuring we comply with SOx requirements by embedding robust control frameworks into product operations – this may span designing and implementing controls to overseeing training, audit readiness, and continuous improvement.
