Must Have
4 - 8 years of expert knowledge and experience of products in Clinical space, Experience with Veeva Clinical Suite, Good understanding in CTMS and ETMF, Proven understanding of the GxP systems validation and documentation, Experience of working within Agile delivery methodology with an understanding of the system development lifecycle
Nice to Have
Advanced communication skills to adapt messaging across different levels of business and technical hierarchies, collaboration abilities, working effectively across product pillars, CDTO areas, R&D teams, and cross-functional stakeholders, Technical and people leadership, including managing and leading virtual and distributed teams, High adaptability to navigate internal and external changes in technology, organization structures, and priorities, Emotional intelligence to understand and manage social dynamics within diverse teams and stakeholder groups, Effective presentation skills to deliver engaging, immersive readouts that articulate the value and benefits of technology designs, Ability to simplify complex concepts, presenting technical ideas clearly and understandably for varied audiences, problem-solving skills, analyzing business and technical challenges and deriving solutions through critical and creative thinking
