Responsibilities: Own the functional planning, design, and requirements management for CRM product lines (e.g., customer service back-office systems, Salesforce), covering both consumer-facing features and their corresponding management consoles. Work closely with internal business teams to build and maintain CRM and business workflow systems, taking full ownership of delivery outcomes and business satisfaction. Explore and implement AI capabilities within the company's CRM and other product ecosystems to drive improvements in internal operational efficiency.
