Must Have
4-6 years’ experience designing digital products, Human-centered approach, Best practices for designing digital products, IA, journey mapping, and interaction design, Proven visual design and creative development skills, Experience observing/co-facilitating user research, Service prototyping and usability testing, Solid visual, verbal, and written communication skills, Comfort designing within a modern product design lifecycle
Nice to Have
BS/MS degree in human factors, design, psychology, sociology, or relevant experience, Experience designing in healthcare, Conversant understanding of strategy, operations, and technology behind healthcare businesses, Experience designing with data, Modern data visualizations

Create low/high-fidelity designs
Create testable prototypes
Help product teams understand customer behavior

Partner with product managers through discovery
Articulate experience challenges
Articulate experience opportunities
Plan user research studies
Execute user research studies
Analyze research data
Consider the whole system

Explain design rationale to non-designers

Deliver an exceptional cohesive experience
