Position Summary The Product Engineering Manager is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving the performance, quality, integration, and lifecycle management of Quadient’s Mail hardware and software solutions across North America. This role leads a cross-functional team of product engineers, integration experts, technical trainers, and professional services personnel to ensure our products are reliable, serviceable, scalable, and profitable. The position serves as a critical bridge between R&D, Service, Sales, Marketing, and external partners, ensuring that product design, deployment, and support are aligned with customer needs and business objectives.
