**你需要做的是 ：** 1\. 承担新产品开发和老产品改进项目，负责在开发项目中与市场部、工厂及各设计小组的技术协调工作 2\. 负责产品系统技术方案及可靠性验证计划的制定和跟踪 3\. 指导工程师及设计员的设计工作，提高工程师及设计员技术能力 4\. 与各工厂进行产品试制、生产、测试过程的沟通与协调，发现并解决生产中遇到的技术问题，处理产品重大技术问题 5\. 负责SQ定单进行技术评审，根据合同要求，合理安排订单设计，及时、准确提供生产所需的技术文件，保证设计的产品满足国内外标准及客户的要求 6\. 遵守公司道德政策、公司制度、政策和流程，遵守与本岗位相关的质量要求 7\. 执行公司的安全环保健康管理规定；对本岗位的环境因素和危险源进行辨识及整改，熟记公司的重大风险和重要环境因素；有效实施公司的安全环保健康管理目标和管理方案 8\. 搞好与各相关部门的沟通与合作 9\. 完成上级临时分配的任务 **我们期望的是 ：** 1.学历：制冷空调及相关专业本科及以上学历 2.工作经验：5年以上空调制冷产品开发经验 3.能力和技能：熟悉相关产品技术知识；拥有丰富的机械结构、压力容器、制冷系统和传热设计及产品试验等方面的专业知识；良好的分析问题和解决问题的能力；良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神 4.其他：良好的英文听说写能力
