6+ years of experience in air conditioning and refrigeration product development, Familiar with relevant product technical knowledge, Strong professional knowledge in mechanical structure, refrigeration principles, and heat exchange design and product testing, Good analytical and problem-solving skills, Good teamwork and communication skills, Good English listening, speaking, and writing skills

Data center industry experience preferred
What You'll Do.
Undertake new product development and improvement projects for data center terminal products
Technical coordination in NPI development projects
Structural and system technical evaluation and design scheme preparation or review
Product testing plan and reliability verification plan formulation and tracking
Communicate and coordinate product trial production
and testing processes
Track and resolve technical issues encountered during production
Handle major product technical issues
Communicate with software developers for product selection software requirements
Acceptance and release of product selection/order software
Provide comprehensive product application technical support
Assist in handling major product after-sales technical issues
Prepare product application technical materials in Chinese and English
Provide product knowledge and application training
Responsible for product design safety inspection
Track product quality status
Drive continuous product improvement
Track market demand and technical development trends
Propose and participate in technical research
Guide design engineers' design work
Improve design engineers' technical capabilities
Comply with company ethical policies
Comply with quality requirements related to the position
Implement company safety
and environmental management systems
Identify hazard sources and environmental factors
Supervise the effective implementation of goals and management plans
Maintain communication and cooperation with internal AEC and factory departments
