What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Legal right to work in the UK, 3 years’ Full Stack engineering experience with Java 17+, Spring Boot 3+, React 18+
Nice to Have
Experience in Typescript 5+, Understanding of cloud and hybrid environment(s), including Azure, AWS, and various on-premises systems, Understanding and ability to leverage, and or build, generative and agentic AI tooling to build solutions
What You'll Do.
and enhance full stack software products
Design and implement testing strategies
Practice pair programming and test-driven development (TDD)
Establish and maintain CI/CD pipelines
Provide production support for software products
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Partner closely with Digital Product Managers and fellow engineers; Collaborate with the team on system and application design; Actively engage in daily standups, cross-site collaboration, and product team ceremonies; Collaborate with other digital product teams; Work in cross-functional structures

Clearly communicate technical designs
Process & Methodology
Participate in iteration planning, Ensuring a shared understanding of backlog stories and technical requirements
