Coordinates engineering resources, prioritizes technical activities, drives issue resolution, and ensures successful execution of product lifecycle, NPI, engineering changes, and customer-driven initiatives. Acts as the primary technical leader for the workcell, providing direction and coordination across Product Engineers, Engineering Technicians, and cross-functional teams to achieve quality, delivery, cost, and customer satisfaction objectives. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Leads the execution of Product Engineering activities within an assigned workcell or customer account. • Coordinates and prioritizes engineering workload among Product Engineers and Engineering Technicians to ensure timely execution of deliverables. • Serves as the primary technical escalation point for complex product, manufacturing, and customer issues. • Leads cross-functional teams in resolving technical challenges impacting quality, delivery, cost, and operational performance. • Drives implementation of Engineering Change Orders (ECO), Engineering Change Notices (ECN), product revisions, and configuration management activities. • Participate in New Product Introduction (NPI), product transfers, qualifications, and product lifecycle management activities. • Coordinates
