Full Job Description

Our goal is to have a solar system on every roof, a storage unit in every house, and an electric car in every garage. Enpal makes this possible with an integrated total solution for decentralized energy—from solar systems and battery storage to wall boxes, smart meters, and heat pumps. At the heart of it all is our AI-powered platform Enpal. One http://Enpal.One+, which intelligently connects thousands of systems and efficiently optimizes electricity procurement and feed-in on the energy market. Enpal Heat is Enpal's heat pump business unit. We are the market leader and install >10,000 heat pumps per year. In 2025, more heat pumps than gas heaters were installed in Germany for the first time – the heat transition is in full swing! As the heat and heating market in Germany remains very dynamic, we must continuously develop our product range and sales strategy in the heat sector. Join our Enpal Heat team as Product Engineer. In this role, you will act as a bridge between business needs and technology solutions, supporting digital transformation initiatives, optimizing processes, and helping drive innovation across the organization. WHAT YOU'LL DO: - Build automations end-to-end: identify repetitive, manual, or broken processes and replace them with automated workflows and tools (e.g. no-code/low-code platforms, scripts, APIs, integrations). - Ship internal tools and solutions: design, prototype, and roll out the technology that powers our teams (CRM workflows, analytics, dashboards, integrations between systems). - Own projects independently: from understanding the business need, through technical design, to building, testing, and rolling out, with real ownership and autonomy. - Connect systems: integrate our tools (CRM, ERP, analytics, internal apps) so data flows automatically and teams stop doing manual work. - Work directly with stakeholders: understand challenges across the business, then translate them into working solutions and measure the impact. - Decide what'
