Forming part of the Biotechnology segment at Danaher, we bring together dedicated technical expertise and talent to develop the next generation of life-changing therapeutics. **Purpose** Product Engineering is responsible for lifecycle management of equipment, contributing to new product development and supporting products throughout their lifecycle from launch until discontinuation. This includes first-line technical support for complaints, supplier development and validation activities, VAVE initiatives, and sustainment engineering with a specific focus on automation and control systems. **What you’ll do:** * Manage control systems, automation, and electrical design changes for the existing product portfolio throughout their lifecycle. * Collaborate with R&D, Product Management, Quality, and Operations as part of the new product development team where you provide early design input from manufacturing perspective to ensure compliant automation solutions. * Interface with internal and external automation suppliers to drive continuous improvement of state-of-the-art automated equipment and processes. * Participate in cross functional teams to support projects on a global level and coordinate across Product Engineering, R&D, Operations, and Quality. * Support verification, validation, and documen
