What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5+ years experience, Bachelor's degree, Experience with PLM, Experience with SAP, Experience with MAPICS, Written and verbal communication, Factory environment experience
Nice to Have
Direct experience with water cooled centrifugal chiller products, Experience in a factory-connected product engineering role, Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish

Process Engineering Change Notices
Perform factory impact analysis
Plan effectivity dates
Align work instructions
Work with Contract Engineering teams
Engineer customer-specific modifications
Drive root cause analysis
Translate findings into corrective actions
Implement DFMEA updates
Implement tolerance studies
Implement design-level countermeasures
Partner with Quality Engineering team
Disposition nonconforming material
Determine engineering accept/reject criteria
Support PPAP activities
Champion engineering changes
Participate in DFM review events
Represent factory assembly perspective
Ensure new configurations can be built
Work with Manufacturing Engineering
Validate DFM improvements
Identify cost reduction opportunities
Lead cost reduction opportunities
Develop engineering cases
Provide technical justification
Provide risk assessment
Provide implementation plans
Track implemented cost projects
Maintain project status visibility
Engage with Supply Chain
Engage with Procurement
Evaluate supplier-driven alternatives
Provide engineering support
