If you are excited about a role but don't meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary. ## Job Summary _To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a** _Product Engineer_** located in **_Guadalajara, North._** _ _Reporting to the Project Manager, Product Engineer role_ _will be responsible for receiving, evaluating, cleaning, and customizing all technical information / documentation from the customer related to their product, derived from a New Product Introduction (NPI) or a design change to establish all necessary processes to manufacture it by maintaining its design and performance integrity._ **What a typical day looks like:** * _Handle product transfer and new product setup, with full participation in the NPI (New Product Introduction) process._ * _Direct support to CFT and Production area._ * _Follow up, execute, and plan engineering tests for validation processes, and define manufacturing process routes._ * _Suggest improvements to processes, work instructions, materials, or product changes to ensure superior product quality and production yield._ * _Resolve product-related and design-related issues, perform failure analysis, and work with the process and quality teams on corrective actions._ * _Interact with customers and cross-functional teams on product-related issues and engineering changes._ * _Provide product training to manufacturing and process engineers for a better understanding of the product._ * _Request, handle, and administer golden samples and engineering samples of final products and/or piece parts._ * _Establish, operate, and mainta
