New Product Development * Develop new products with schedules and test plans to ensure that the design meets safety, quality, performance, and economic goals and standards. * Identify potential design related cost reduction opportunities and required test plans and schedules to qualify and implement. * Work with designers to insure proper fit, alignment, etc. using various tolerance stacks up methods and verify that the design intent has been met 2\. Finish Project Reporting During NPD * Organize weekly meeting and prepare related presentation to review NPD (New Product Design) related topics * Finish NPD related tasks such as motor memo, coefficient… * Work together with Design Engineers to set up the technical requirements 3.Critical Components Design Development * Work with Design Engineers on Components Design To Define Required Geometry * Establish, verify the parts development process and follow up tests. * Follow up prototype parts preparing and follow up performance/reliability tests. * Determine and provide the necessary support to engineering labs, manufacturing facilities, supplier quality and proc
