What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2 years of related or an advanced degree without or equivalent work experience, Proficiency in CAD systems (SolidWorks/Creo), understanding of GD&T, DFMA principles, Working knowledge of FMEA, DOE, SPC, manufacturing processes, Experience using PLM systems (e. g. , Teamcenter), exposure to ERP environments (e. g. , SAP/Oracle), Advanced competency in Excel, familiarity with statistical tools (e. g. , Minitab/JMP), analytical thinking, clear, concise technical documentation, Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with suppliers and cross-functional engineering teams, Demonstrated ability to analyze data and propose fact-based, root-cause-driven improvements, Proven ability to manage tasks to completion within defined timelines while maintaining high documentation accuracy, Demonstrated ability to build working relationships with manufacturing and service teams, respond effectively to technical escalations

Support product transfer into manufacturing
Perform data trending and analysis
Drive process improvements
Manage Engineering Change Request/Notifications
Support documentation updates
Participate in continuous improvement
Implement component/assembly changes
Perform tolerance stack-ups
Define CTQs for parts
Own segment of transfer activities
Qualify alternate suppliers/materials
Lead failure analysis
Propose corrective/preventive actions
Perform basic DOE and SPC analysis
Apply root cause analysis
Plan small deliverables
Author manage scrap analysis
Generate detailed drawings
Maintain PLM traceability
Engage suppliers/CMs for DFM support
