This role will see you create ideas and develop those from around the company, you will test the value proposition and client appetite for new products at an early stage, assess and evaluate the product/market fit and commercial viability, allowing these to be challenged and enriched in the Product governance process. You will encourage idea generation from your partners in Sales, Operations, Marketing and Technology and, crucially, directly with clients. You will also join specialists in the Sales team in co-creation sessions with clients, aimed at understanding their needs and working on potential solutions collaboratively, keeping scalability and repeatability of the solution front of mind.
