Full Job Description

**Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world!** # Responsibilities: * Design and develop new products from concept to launch, including drawings, DFMEA, prototyping, validation, and testing strategies. * Lead product launches using APQP and PDP processes, ensuring timelines, quality, and cross-functional alignment. * Manage multiple projects simultaneously across product engineering and digitalization initiatives. * Build and deploy digital tools using MS Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate) to improve visibility and efficiency. * Implement digital and automation solutions including MES integration, data acquisition systems, and Industry 4.0 initiatives. * Partner with customers to translate needs into engineering and digital solutions while supporting visits and resolving technical issues. * Drive continuous improvement through data analysis, Lean initiatives (Kaizen, VA/VE), and process optimization across operations. # Qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Mechatronics, Electrical, or related field) or equivalent experience. * 0–5+ years of experience in product engineering, manufacturing, or digitalization projects (open to entry-level and experienced candidates). * Familiarity with manufacturing processes such as injection or compression molding is a plus. * Exposure to digital tools such as Power BI, Power Automate, MES systems, or data automation platforms preferred. * Basic knowledge of programming, PLC systems, or SQL is beneficial but not required. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an interest in data-driven decision making. * Effective communication and organization skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and manage multiple priorities.
