What They're Looking For.
Must Have
8+ years’ experience within Securities Services or Financial Services, with exposure to digital product management, client experience, or platform development., Experience in Product, Data, or Business roles with responsibility for delivery and stakeholder engagement., Experience operating across regions and working with global stakeholders., Background in data and technology, with familiarity across platforms and tools such as SQL, Python, Snowflake, BI/visualization tools (e. g. , Tableau, Sigma), and data governance tooling (e. g. , Collibra) and micro front-end frameworks., Consultative mindset with a client and service orientation., storytelling and client engagement experience.

Contribute to and execute the Digital Experience product strategy
ensuring alignment to business objectives and client needs.
Translation of workflow and pain points into intuitive UX solutions and visualizations.
Partner and advocate for scalable and centralized identity access management solutions.
Design and deliver a standardized notification framework with intelligent alerting.
Align document management and collaboration capabilities with broader content management strategy.
Partner with design teams to deliver high-fidelity prototypes and demonstrations.
Work closely with Technology teams through iterative delivery cycles to ensure solutions meet architectural standards and are fit for purpose.
Present updates and outcomes to senior stakeholders as required and lead defined initiatives or workstreams.

Communication Scope
