As the NAND Product Development Team Lead, you will drive end-to-end product development, leading cross-functional teams to deliver next-generation NAND technologies from silicon to system. You will define and execute product development strategies, incorporating data-driven and AI-enabled insights into actionable plans that accelerate execution and improve outcomes. In this role, you will represent the NAND engineering organization and serve as the key interface with strategic partners across business units, quality, fabrication, test, and supply chain to ensure competitive time-to-market. You will provide leadership, alignment, and decision-making across complex development programs, balancing technical, operational, and business priorities.
