What They're Looking For.
Must Have
15+ years of progressive leadership experience in risk analytics, regulatory solutions, quantitative financial technology, or related domains within financial services, Proven track record building and scaling global product development or implementation functions with governance and operating discipline, Deep expertise across liquidity risk, market and exposure risk, leverage, capital requirements, stress testing, and regulatory reporting frameworks, Advanced knowledge of risk models, analytics methodologies, and institutional data architectures, understanding of model risk management, data governance, and audit frameworks applicable to regulated financial institutions, Demonstrated ability to translate regulatory text into precise functional, technical, and operational requirements, Exceptional communication, facilitation, and strategic problem-solving skills
Nice to Have
Advanced degree in Quantitative Finance, Financial Engineering, Mathematics, or a related discipline, professional risk designation (e. g. , FRM) strongly preferred
What You'll Do.
Define and own global product development strategy for Regulatory and Industry Solutions
Translate global regulatory developments into multi-year analytics roadmap
Act as executive design authority for risk analytics platforms
Serve as global product head with end-to-end accountability
Govern prioritization
investment trade-offs
and delivery sequencing
Balance revenue growth
regulatory commitments
Provide senior oversight of product development and regulatory change programs
Drive modernization of risk analytics architecture
Own first-line accountability for model risk
and regulatory compliance
Ensure solutions are audit-ready and operationally scalable
Act as trusted executive advisor on regulatory risk strategy
Represent Risk Analytics in senior client forums and regulatory discussions

Lead and develop globally distributed product development organization
