We’re looking for Product Development Engineer, to join our new global Windows Engineering Support Hub. You’ll work closely with developers, engineers, and stakeholders across different countries, so if you like collaboration, you’ll feel right at home here! **Meet your Team** You’ll join a newly established Engineering team in Gniezno reporting directly to a Team Leader based locally. As the team is being built, you’ll have a real opportunity to influence ways of working, standards, and team practices from the ground up. Although the team is locally based, it operates in a global context, supporting the wider organization and contributing to solutions used across multiple countries. In terms of structure, two team members are responsible for maintaining clear, accurate, and up-to-date documentation, while the other two focus on technical development and ongoing support. We work closely with our colleagues in Denmark, where most of the core development takes place, so you’ll gain real international exposure from day one. **Your responsibilities** * Supporting engineers in daily tasks and technical problem-solving * Helping maintain and improve development tools and systems * Assisting with engineering changes and product updates * Keeping documentation clear, accurate, and up to date * Collaborating with engineering, manufacturing, and project teams * Supporting audits, compliance, and design reviews * Looking for ways to improve processes and tools (your ideas matter!) * Contributing to knowledge sharing and onboarding materials * Participating In business trips occasionally **What you will bring into the organization:** * Higher Degree or diploma in Engineering, Technology
