We’re looking for Product Development Engineer, to join our new global Windows Engineering Support Hub. If you’re curious, enjoy solving problems, and want to grow in an international environment, this might be the perfect next step for you. In this role, you’ll support engineering and product development activities by bringing your technical mindset and making sure ideas turn into real solutions. You’ll work closely with developers, engineers, and stakeholders across different countries, so if you like collaboration, you’ll feel right at home here! **Meet your Team** You’ll join a newly established Engineering team in Gniezno reporting directly to a Team Leader based locally. As the team is being built, you’ll have a real opportunity to influence ways of working, standards, and team practices from the ground up. Although the team is locally based, it operates in a global context, supporting the wider organization and contributing to solutions used across multiple countries. In terms of structure, two team members are responsible for maintaining clear, accurate, and up-to-date documentation, while the other two focus on technical development and ongoing support.
