You will provide engineering expertise to ensure product performance, quality, and cost-efficiency while navigating a highly dynamic environment to balance business, design, and technical objectives. **How will you create impact?** * Collaborate with Design and Brand teams to provide technical and cost assessments for new product concepts. * Lead prototyping and proof-of-concept builds to test mechanisms, key features, and gameplay feasibility. * Provide mechanical, material, and electro-mechanical engineering expertise throughout the full product lifecycle. * Detail the design of components and products for manufacturing, optimizing for DFM/A (Design for Manufacturing/Assembly). * Serve as the primary technical point of contact for Manufacturing Engineering teams globally (Asia, Mexico, EU, etc.). * Manage and track key deliverables using PLM tools to ensure projects remain on track, on cost, and on specification. * Anticipate and resolve technical project issues, providing escalation management when necessary to pre-empt development hurdles. * Explore and implement new materials, technologies, and manufacturing processes to drive continuous improvement. **What are your skills and experience?** * Up to 2 years of experience in Product Engineering, preferably within
