By hiring the best and brightest minds—and that’s why we want you! ## ## Job Description: **What will you work on?** As a Product Development Engineer (PDE), you are responsible for driving the technical execution of global toy and game portfolios from concept through production. You will provide engineering expertise to ensure product performance, quality, and cost-efficiency while navigating a highly dynamic environment to balance business, design, and technical objectives. **How will you create impact?** * Collaborate with Design and Brand teams to provide technical and cost assessments for new product concepts. * Lead prototyping and proof-of-concept builds to test mechanisms, key features, and gameplay feasibility. * Provide mechanical, material, and electro-mechanical engineering expertise throughout the full product lifecycle. * Detail the design of components and products for manufacturing, optimizing for DFM/A (Design for Manufacturing/Assembly). * Serve as the primary technical point of contact for Manufacturing Engineering teams globally (Asia, Mexico, EU, etc.). * Manage and track key deliverables using PLM tools to ensure projects remain on track, on cost, and on specification. * Anticipate and resolve technical project issues, providing escalation management when necessary to pre-empt development hurdles. * Explore and implement new materials, technologies, and manufacturing processes to drive continuous improvement. **What are your skills and experience?** * Up to 2 years of experience in Product Engineering, preferably within
