Must Have
BS degree in electrical engineering or equivalent experience, 5+ years of work experience, Knowledge of structural testing, Background with wafer sort or final package or qualification test programs for SoCs or GPUs, Experience with product verification and failure analysis on Verigy 93K tester, Excellent analytical skills to effectively diagnose and resolve issues, Proficient in statistical modelling of data using JMP software or other tools for data analysis, Solid communication and presentation skills
Nice to Have
Experience with SMT8, Experience with RMA closure and DPPM reduction, Knowledge of failure analysis techniques
