**Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world!** # Responsibilities: * Lead end-to-end product development for complex products or strategic programs. * Drive feasibility, cost, and manufacturability assessments in collaboration with engineering and operations. * Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure delivery against project objectives. * Engage directly with customers and suppliers to shape product solutions. * Identify and implement process improvements in development practices. * Mentor junior colleagues and support their development. * Contribute to portfolio planning and technology roadmapping. * Participate in strategic decision-making within the product line. # Qualifications: * Bach+B5gineering, Product Development, or related field. * 4+ years of progressive experience in product development or related roles. * Advanced knowledge of development processes, cost management, and manufacturing. * Proficient in project management methodologies. * Data-driven decision making.
