What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering or related field, 7+ years of experience in mechanical design and product development, CAD software such as Creo and/or Solidworks, design engineering tools such as FMEA and DVP&R, engineering materials (plastics, metals, composites), manufacturing processes, Ability to travel to local customer sites is occasional domestic travel, Excellent communication skills, ability to work directly with customers and cross-functional teams, Ability to document work thoroughly, communicate technical concepts effectively, Must have the current and continuing right to work in the United States of America without restrictions or expirations

## Description DISHER is currently seeking a Product Development Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will bring advanced experience in mechanical engineering design and product development, designing, developing, and validating physical products and assemblies, and shaping technical direction from concept through launch. You will work directly on customer projects and collaborate cross-functionally with various teams. We are looking for someone that is energized by innovation and new product development.
