As a Product Developer for Graphic Tops, you'll help bring that vision to life—partnering with Design and Merchandising to translate graphic concepts into commercially successful, production-ready styles. You'll manage the full product lifecycle, balancing speed, cost, and quality while ensuring every product reflects Levi's signature authenticity. This is a collaborative role where creativity and execution come together to drive impact. ## About the Job * Manage product development from prototype through production, ensuring alignment to cost, quality, and delivery targets * Execute development activities within the Go-To-Market calendar and track key milestones * Coordinate proto, sample, and pre-production stages across cross-functional partners * Support sourcing strategy execution in partnership with global sourcing teams * Lead seasonal costing processes, consolidating vendor pricing and aligning to FOB targets * Partner with design and merchandising teams to translate graphic concepts into production-ready product * Maintain communication across teams to ensure alignment throughout development * Support resolution of product quality or production issues * You will report to the Director, Men's Product Development ## About You * Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in apparel or related field * 5+ years of experience in apparel product development or production * Experience working with tops (graphic or non-graphic) product categories * Familiarity with garment construction, textiles, and trim
